Building and renovating homes in partnership with vulnerable communities

Building and renovating homes in partnership with vulnerable communities

It all started when…

Ailsa, as a Trustee of Fife Women’s Aid, and long time volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, identified one of the problems being available housing for those women in refuge to move on to…then the idea was formed.

Ailsa and Adrian have set up Social Housing Ecosse Scotland Limited with the specific ambition to build social housing that is truly affordable for those on minimum wage.  We have an established relationship with the charity Habitat for Humanity who have global experience in building homes for those less fortunate.

Our joint aim is to partner with local charities who have an identified need for social housing and link charitable donations, grants and investor funds to bud for their needs. At all times charitable donations and grants funding and housing provided will be kept separate from investor funded housing.
